You just need to download the Repack.Then install it and your done

It comes with the server and free website! to start up everything,go into the folder,then to server.and start Mysql (should be easy to spot.)Then the website thengo back and into Antrix and start those up.You website address should be 127.0.0.1 IF you have not modified anything yet. Everything should be pretty easy.
